At the regular shareholders' meeting on March 14, 2022, the Company decided to reduce the capital of the Company's capital of KRW 4,903,695,000 (9,807,390 shares issued) by KRW 337,500,000 (675,000 shares of potato) to KRW 4,566,195,000 (9,132,390 shares after capital reduction) and to incinerate by purchasing 675,000 shares of ordinary shares at KRW 19,285 per share.

Creditors who have objections to this reduction of capital should submit their objections in writing to the place of filing the objections listed below within one month from the date of publication of this notice.
